The agreement

ProfitPriced is a product of Catharsis LLC (“we,” “us”). By using this site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy page. If you do not agree, do not use ProfitPriced.

The product

ProfitPriced is a pricing calculator for trades such as mobile detailing, house cleaning, and lawn care. It estimates a price from the job details and business numbers you enter. It is a tool, not accounting, tax, legal, or professional advice, and not a substitute for your judgment on a real job.

No account

You can calculate a price without signing up. Unlock, saved quotes, and business settings live on the device and browser you used. We do not host a customer login that follows you to a new phone or computer.

The $10 unlock

Unlock is a one-time payment, not a subscription. It is intended to let that browser save business settings, keep a quote history, and produce a customer-facing quote that hides your profit. It is not transferable, and we do not promise that unlock or quotes will sync across devices.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. Except where the law requires otherwise, unlock is non-refundable once delivered, because the value is access on your device rather than a shipped good.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the numbers you enter and the prices you quote customers.
• You will not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or use it for unlawful work.
• Customer quotes you generate are yours to send. You must have the right to use any business name or details you put on them.

Estimates

Recommended prices, times, and margins are estimates from the rules in ProfitPriced and your inputs. Jobs vary. We do not warrant that a calculated price will cover your costs or that a customer will accept it.

Intellectual property

ProfitPriced, its calculators, design, and copy are owned by Catharsis LLC. You may use the site to price your jobs. You may not copy the product, scrape it for a competing service, or remove notices that it belongs to Catharsis LLC.

Availability

We may change, pause, or stop parts of ProfitPriced. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Keep your own records of quotes you need.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Catharsis LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Catharsis LLC is not liable for lost profits, lost jobs, inaccurate quotes, lost local data, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to ProfitPriced will not exceed the amount you paid us for unlock in the twelve months before the claim, or $10 if you have not paid.

Indemnity

You will indemnify Catharsis LLC against claims arising from your use of ProfitPriced, the quotes you send, or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Catharsis LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts in that state will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law says otherwise.
